Her leadership has been instrumental in executing projects that address systemic barriers and create opportunities for women to thrive. She collaborates with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, including, non-profits, entrepreneur support organizations, and private sector partners, to design and execute strategies that foster inclusive growth and development.
Her work contributes to M-Kyala Ventures’ mission and inspires others to take action in their spheres of influence. She believes that true progress is achieved when everyone has a seat at the table and is committed to creating an environment where diverse voices are heard and valued.
Prior to joining M-Kyala Ventures, Mutheu served as a researcher, advocating for the voices and viewpoints of women and girls in Sub-Saharan Africa.
