Building Ecosystems Where Women Entrepreneurs Thrive
We work at the systems level through our Strategy and Advisory arm to create lasting change for women entrepreneurs across Africa.
We support organisations, including investors, accelerators, financial institutions, foundations and development partners, to adopt gender-strategic practices that move beyond tokenism to real, measurable impact.
We build entrepreneurial ecosystems through four interconnected service offerings, each designed to help organisations integrate gender into the heart of their operations:
We understand that every organisation operates in a unique context with distinct challenges, capacities and goals. Our process is thus collaborative and tailored, and involves working at multiple levels from board-level strategy to program design and staff training.
Deep listening: we start by understanding an organisation’s current practices, goals and constraints.
Evidence-based design: we ground recommendations in research, data and the lived experiences of women entrepreneurs.
Co-creation: we work alongside organisational teams, building internal buy-in and capacity.
Implementation support: beyond delivering reports, we help the organisation execute.
Measurement: we establish clear indicators to track progress and demonstrate impact.
